Yes, we welcome runners of all skill levels, from beginner to seasoned athletes.

There are no pace requirements to join us for our Monday evening or Wednesday morning runs. We do ask that any runners planning to join us for our Wolfpack Saturday Long runs have the ability to run at least 5 miles nonstop and maintain at least a 10:30/mi pace.

There is no official sign up process or membership fee at this time. We ask you to just show up to our Monday or Wednesday runs with good vibes and come ready to work. See previous questions regarding Saturday requirements.

We offer 5, 8, and 10 mile options for runners depending on where they are in their journey.

Our Wednesday morning workouts vary each week. We focus on intervals of different distances or distances that target building speed over longer distances.
